Satyajeet Limaye
President & Chief Executive Officer
Co–founded Uptime Infratel in 2002 and has 10 years experience in the telecom industry. Prior to Uptime Satyajeet worked for GTL and Standard Capacitors (R&D Dep’t) developing and designing automation applications. He is a guest lecturer at various management schools and an advisor to small and major companies in all aspects of automation. Satyajeet graduated in Electronics from Ferguson College and received an MBA from University of Pune. He has completed MPSFI & SFA from Harvard Business School.

Vishal Phanse
Executive Vice President, Director
Co–founded Uptime Infratel and has 10 years experience in the telecom industry. Prior to Uptime, Vishal worked in Sales and marketing for AT&T and Hutchinson Max. Vishal is head of Business Development and Strategy, specializing in developing new major customers and new markets. He is a Graduate in Economics and received a Masters Degree in International Economics from Pune University.

Ashwin Deshmukh
Vice President – Sales & Marketing
Ashwin heads Sales and Marketing in India and has 5 years experience in telecom projects management, business development, key account management and branding. His technical and commercial skills make him highly effective in developing marketing models and implementing innovative strategies across multiple verticals. Prior to Uptime, Ashwin worked as a Regional Sales Head of the Kotak Group. He earned a Bachelors of Engineering from Mumbai University.

Vivek Dusane
Vice President – Operations
Vivek has 9 years experience in telecom, designing systems and processes for Managed Services, project planning and quality management systems, including overseas project experience in Maldives and East Africa. Vivek heads Uptime’s Systems Department and was instrumental in achieving its ISO 9001:2000 certification. He earned a Masters degree in Commerce and is pursuing a Post Graduate degree in Energy Management.

Ravi Jadhav
Associate Vice President – Managed Services
Ravi is a telecommunications industry expert with 10 years of telecom experience, particularly relating to the telecom infrastructure outsourcing. Prior to Uptime, Ravi worked with Bharti Airtel where he specialized in landline exchanges, broadband and wireless networks. In addition, Ravi has extensive hands–on experience in both active and passive components of telecom infrastructure in varied and diverse geographical areas. Ravi earned a Diploma in Electrical Enginering.

Rajeev Padhye
Associate Vice President – Finance
Rajeev earned a Commerce degree from Pune University and has an MBA in Finance. He has over 20 years experience in accounting, taxation, systems and fund management, together with extensive experience in working capital management, project evaluation and building internal financial controls. Rajeev is a keen analyst with exceptional relationship management abilities with financial Institutions and external agencies.
